Delivery & Returns Policy


Delivery Time: Delivery of your order will usually be within 2-3 working days from receipt of order however some items may have longer or indeed shorter lead times. Your order will be delivered between Monday to Friday. Depending on your order it may arrive in more than one delivery.


Collection: Collection is only possible from our depot in West Yorkshire. Please note: collection is only available via prior arrangement with our office team. If you are intending on collecting a product or have seen an item online and would like to know whether it's available for collection, then please call 07782 545038. If you have made a purchase online and have chosen 'collection' please do not travel to us until you have received confirmation of a collection date/time from our team.


Delivery Process: If you would like delivery on a specific date, please advise us. Note, an additional charge may be applied for specified delivery. We use third party suppliers and carriers for delivery. A signature will be required on large orders. In most instances we use only one delivery driver so heavy items will require assistance.


Important: Please ensure that goods are checked within 7 days as we cannot accept claims for damaged goods after they have been on site for this length of time.


Delivery Cost: We offer free delivery on all orders. Please note, additional charges may apply for Northern Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and offshore islands may be subject to a delivery surcharge. Please contact us for further details before ordering.


Cancellation: You have the right to cancel at any time preceding despatch of your goods please, let us know via email so we have your cancellation in writing.


Returns: If you decide to return a product you must inform us of your intention to return within 14 days of receipt, from which time you will have up to 14 days to make the return. Please contact us to let us know what items you are returning. You will be responsible for any costs of returning the item, so please make sure if sending via post to make sure it is insured for the value of the product. Returned goods must be in a pristine re-sellable condition. Upon receiving the returned items you will be refunded by the method of original payment within 14 days and usually sooner.

Stock

The stock level is just a guide.

The stock level is just a guide. As we have a shop, stock levels change daily, and we don’t always update the listings. On the odd occasion that our item is out of stock, we will notify you within one working day, if you are not willing to wait which we understand, we will offer you a full refund.


If you want an item and it is crucial that you get it ASAP, then please message us or call us to ensure that we have it in stock before you make the purchase.


If we do not have the item and we cannot source it within 10 working days, we will issue a refund.
